- Author mentioned in the world of overlord a person's physical strength is decided by 3 things:
Basic strength (decided by race and training) + Level (the power of evolution) + Class build (mysterious power from the laws of magic)
- Power level of Floor Guardians according to author: (strongest to weakest)
Shalltear Bloodfallen - undead; strongest floor guardian; 1st place (best in 1v1 battle)
Mare Bello Fiore - best magic power; afraid of insects
Albedo - best defense power; can tank Super-tier magic without damage
Cocytus - best offence when equipped with a weapon
Gargantua - highest stats but have no intelligence
Demiurge - most intelligent and most evil; physical abilities are weak (weakest among the guardians)
Aura Bella Fiora - strongest in group battle; weakest in 1v1 battle
Victim - best in "confinement" or "restriction"; non-combative - Power level of Nazarick according to author:
1st - 8th floor NPCs (Nazarick's maximum strength; details unknown)
2nd - Rubedo (Strongest NPC)
3rd - Touch Me (Strongest Warrior, World Champion)
4th - Ulbert Alain Odle (Strongest Magic Caster)
5th - Momonga (Fully-equipped)
6th - High Tier Floor Guardian (Shalltear, etc.)
7th - Sebas Tian (in dragon form)

The CQC specialist of Nazarick can be compared to rock-paper-scissor. Albedo beats Sebas. Sebas beats Cocytus. Cocytus beats Albedo.

It's actually a very common trope in Japan. Japanese men love 'Henshin" which means "Transformation". Goku from Super 1 to 4, Frieza/Cell/Majin Buu transformation, robot transformation like Voltes V or Transformer, JRPG final battles where the boss has several forms, Pokemon evolution, Digimon digivolution, Naruto Bijuu transformation and plenty more. It's basically a "Power-up".
DeleteIn the above example, I used Franky's multiple robot transformation as he gets cooler, bigger and more badass modifications.
In Demiurge's case, he also has multiple forms. We had seen early in Volume 1 that he grew wings on his back and his face turned to a frog.
Where would Pandora's Actor be in the power rankings?
ReplyDeleteI wanna find out too. He might be crazy strong to defend world items. He has every form of the supreme lords. He can change into a different form that is very effective against it's enemy. Just like in pokemon where legendary pokemon are weak to different types of legendary pokemon. Lighting beats water and water beats fire. He might be OP.
