The Black Scripture Members (screenshot from Anime Opening)
This is definitely a spoiler for future character design of the members of Black Scripture. As you can see from the image above, there are 11 characters on the background (except Ainz). I can't specify how many are male or female (have seen too many traps) so let's leave this aside for now.
A hail of thanks to an anonymous in 4chan. We finally got hold of the official character designs for each member of the Black Scriptures.
1st seat - "Captain of the Black Scripture"
2nd seat - "Time Turbulence" (male with Victorian suit)
3rd seat
4th seat - "Divine Chant"
5th seat - Clementine's brother "One Man Army" | 6th seat - male with Gigasword
11th seat - has the same talent as Fluder and Arche who can see a person's powerlevel
10th seat - "Strongest Human" (guy with the giant axe) | 12th seat - ""Heaven and Earth" (ninja looking guy)
Too bad no Zesshi Zetsumei though it's understandable why. It also guaranteed that Kaire is not one of the seated members of Black Scriptures. Though she could still be a member, otherwise if being a member means being seated, then that means she's from an external affiliate.
The person right above Ainz is the Captain of the Black Scripture. The man on the top-leftmost corner is Cedran (the person with the mirror shield and Kaire's bodyguard; deceased). Kaire is the old lady who was wearing a chinese dress called cheongsam. She was also the person who used [Downfall of Castle and Country] on Shalltear.
As for the rest, their identity is still unknown. This is just speculation but I think Beaumarchais is the tribal-looking guy with a huge beard (also deceased; died after trying to capture Shalltear). In the Web Novel, it is also known that Clementine has a brother who is a member of the Black Scripture. If you look at the person next to Ainz on his left side, you can see a male-looking person resembling Clementine's facial features. Continue reading below to see why I think that's the case.

I like to point out that in Volume 1, Khajiit called Clementine a "body double of the the Empress of Tears". With such clues on our hands, we can easily infer that "the guy who looked like Clementine" on the image is actually Clementine's brother.
There's also the "Earth Miko Princess" who died from a "mysterious explosion recently" in Volume 4 Intermission. Now before I continue, I just like to make it clear that the Miko Princess who wore the [Crown of Wisdom] and the Earth Miko Princess who I just mentioned are two different persons; that is to say there are at least 2 miko princesses in Slane Theocracy. Aside from the fact that the former doesn't have an Earth affixed on it, the manner and time of difference of their death are simply too distinct to infer they're both the same person. Now one could argue that the theocracy could have just used resurrection magic on the miko princess but let me remind you that they treat mikos as "expendables" which one could simply understand from Khajiit and Clementine's conversation back in Volume 2.
Now remember the time with Nigun where Ain'z counter-surveillance magic proc'ed when someone was spying on their fight. In Volume 3, right before Ainz fight against Shalltear, he explained that he disabled his counter-surveillance magic because it automatically fires off a counter spell when someone use a surveillance magic on him. Albedo and the rest were watching him using the [Mirror of Remote Viewing] and that counted as surveillance magic. In New World, friendly fire is possible therefore he had it disabled. Going back to Nigun, it's quite possible that the person who spied on the Sunlight Scripture and the Earth Miko Princess is the same person simply because of what I've explained above.
As for Kaire, there's no evidence to say she's a member or not. She could be one of the miko princessess or a talent holder similar to Nfirea which allowed her to use a World-class item. It's also not an offshoot to speculate that she's the 3rd awakened god-kin (BS Captain is 1st, Zesshi is 2nd) and for that sole reason alone she could use "Bewitching Calamity" a.k.a. [Downfall of Castle and Country]. Her position within Slane Theocracy is also unknown.
Now before some violent reactions, I like to say that what I've explained above are merely conjectures based from circumstantial evidence and foreshadowing left by the author. Moreover, contrary to popular belief, sometimes the power of inference is stronger than assertion.
